We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the northguardcloud.com environment. The issue appears to be related to server/network connectivity, causing the environment to become temporarily unreachable.


Our team is actively investigating the root cause.


Affected Services 


The following services are impacted:

  • Web App (northguardcloud.com)

  • PC client

  • Mobile applications (iOS and Android)


Users may experience connection failures, inability to access files, or synchronization errors.


Update: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM CET (March 2, 2026)


Core services have been restored and the environment is operational.


A residual login instability issue remains under investigation. A fix is being applied, and we expect full login stability to be restored between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM CET.


Further updates will follow if necessary.


Update: 04:40 AM CET (February 28, 2026)


The environment has been back up since about 3:00 AM. Users may experience failure to log in. However, the login process should continue after reloading the browser tab. We're continuing to look into this, but in general, the environment is up again.
